VetSpec recently made a very generous donation to Louth SPCA. We got about thirty bags of food – of every variety! Much appreciation to them.
On another note were very pleased to receive our Ex Gratia Grant from Minister McConalogue, Dept of Agriculture Food and Marine, for an amazing 26,000 euro. We hold our breathes every year waiting to see if we are on the list. It does help so much for us to be able to continue helping the animals so we are an incredibly grateful, as you might expect.
The Louth Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Louth SPCA) is a non-profit animal rescue and welfare organisation. The Louth SPCA is situated at Walterstown (on the L1182), Dromiskin, Co. Louth Eircode A91 CP82
Our aim is to improve the welfare of all animals – both domestic and wild – through a range of activities, including inspection of reported cases of cruelty, organising the fostering and rehoming of animals, and provision of education on animal welfare.
